These just came to my head at various times. Maybe funny, but most likely not XD. Don't take any of it seriously, of course.

If real life was like Pokémon...

...energy wouldn't be so much of an issue (electric pokémon!) ...Dungeons and Dragons, and other games involving "magic," might not be so much of an issue, as even little kids would have access to "magic" ...certain laws of physics wouldn't apply, especially with regards to the whole concept of pokéballs, and being propelled into the sky (and surviving when you crash down) ...younger kids, at least, would largely be dumber in terms of academic knowledge, not having gotten an education after about the fourth grade (they would be capturing and raising multiple pokemon but wouldn't be too great at multiplication and division?) ...expanding on the previous point, no one would bat an eye if a kid became a scientist, doing research and field experiments and everything (Gary); or ran whole gyms (Brock, Misty) ..."donuts" would come in many interesting varieties... ..."animal" rights would be a much trickier issue ...if Ash, Brock, and Misty represent a normal group of trainers, then girls and boys would seem to be much more comfortable being in close proximity to each other day in and day out and dealing with traveling, money, camping, and hygienic issues between cities ...no one would apparently care if a 10-year-old boy traveled around with a pack of older fangirls (Gary, again) ...certain kids would regularly be called upon to save the world (Ash, in practically every movie...) ...instead of (small) fights and scuffles, people would have their pokémon do the work for them ("oh yeah?! I challenge you to a battle...!")

Pokémon episodes that would never air:

- James ditches Team Rocket and marries Jessebell - Giovanni ditches Persian and takes Meowth in - Jessie becomes a star (for real, not in her dreams ^^;) - Brock actually settles down with one woman...or man, for that matter... - Ash develops an eating disorder o_O - Max becomes a trainer and turns out to be really stupid - Harley gets a girlfriend - Misty ditches Water pokémon for Bug pokémon - strange photos are found with Todd, of him doing...things...with pokémon o_O - Tracey draws pictures of Professor Oak...lots of pictures... - Richie and Ash meet up again, and Richie cusses Ash out - Meowzy (sp?) comes back and gets together with Meowth - Gary accidentally injects himself with Aerodactyl blood and starts turning into one, and only Ash can save him... - Ash/Gary go amnesiac and falls for the other; the other has to decide whether or not to tell them about their past - Pokémon, Bollywood style - cast gets hooked on the trading card game and/or videogames - Ash embraces his feminine side and decides to crossdress regularly - a séance leads to someone getting possessed by a ghost pokémon - missing parents (Misty's, Gary's, etc.) return, forcing the cast to do normal kid stuff - Giovanni dies, and control of Team Rocket goes to his son, Gary...his first assignment is to capture Pikachu... - Ash is revealed to be Professor Oak's son...(especially weird/funny if the former were in a relationship with Gary XD) - it is discovered that Brock has a curse on him that makes him constantly fall for pretty girls (not hormones...), and everyone tries to break it - Ash and Gary get married XD - Team Rocket capture Ash and Gary - The Bachelor: Pokémon Edition!

Gay stereotypes that Gary fits:

* i.e. conceptions some people have about homosexuals that may apply to Gary (though no character compares to Harley...)

- his early put-downs of Ash are pretty bitchy - he seems to love purple and pink - he had a ton of cheerleaders early on (cheerleaders = girlfriends?; many girlfriends = overcompensation?) - his beach outfit: the flowery pink and purple shirt with tight red short-shorts - his winks (bitchy? flirtatious?) - apparently at some point, he flicks his wrist XD

You may be obsessed with Palletshipping if...

...you not only put off, but flat-out FORGET to do something much more important (like signing up for classes...) because you've been so absorbed in writing or planning out a fanfic ...you dream of Ash and Gary getting romantic ...the first thing you think about when you get up in the morning is Ash and Gary being romantic ...you wish you had Ash and Gary figures so you could act out...certain things...with them (or actually DO that, if you have figures) ...you try your hand at a brand new thing (ex. making sprite comics...) in an effort to express some palletshippy stuff
